Skilled Safety Management is committed to making ssm.nyc accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the Site.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML5 markup with proper landmarks (header, nav, main, footer)
• Skip-to-content link on every page
• Sufficient color contrast against our brand palette
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Form fields with explicit labels and error messages
• Alt text on every image
• Mobile-friendly responsive layout that works without JavaScript
• Reduced-motion preference respected

Known limitations

The Site is under active development. If you encounter a barrier (a missing alt, a poorly-labeled form, a contrast issue, anything), we want to fix it.

Email Info@ssm.nyc with the URL and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve verified issues within 30 days.
